Junior Accountant

Junior Accountant – Immediate Hiring Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records. - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents. - Perform bank and cash reconciliations. - Maintain petty cash records. - Assist with monthly payroll and related accounting entries. - Support VAT documentation and filing. - Maintain supplier and customer account records. - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports. - Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, payments, and supporting documents. - Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. - 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. - Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting procedures. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar is preferred. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Able to work independently and meet deadlines. - Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
