Job Overview As an Investment Property Sales Advisor, you will advise clients on residential and investment property opportunities based on their financial objectives, investment strategy, budget, and risk profile. You will be responsible for identifying suitable opportunities, developing investor relationships, presenting projects and investment propositions, and managing the sales process from initial consultation through to completion. The ideal candidate combines strong real estate sales ability with an investor-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine understanding of property investment.
