Investment Banking Summer Analyst, Summer 2027

Nepternship is connecting qualified students with a potential investment banking summer analyst opportunity at a bulge bracket investment bank in Dubai for Summer 2027. A role would offer hands-on exposure to M&A advisory, capital markets execution, and financial modelling across active live deal teams in the DIFC. Interns could work directly alongside associates, vice presidents, and managing directors and gain real-world experience in investment banking that goes well beyond the classroom. Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth industry research, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction screens to support active M&A and capital markets mandates across the Middle East • Draft pitch books, management presentations, and client memoranda for review by senior bankers • Assist with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across live transactions • Prepare materials for client meetings, bake-offs, and deal closings • Collaborate with product and coverage teams on transaction strategy and client communication Qualifications • Finance, Economics, or Accounting major • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling • Familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable companies) • Exceptional writing and presentation skills Pay: AED115.00 - AED145.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
