Role Overview We are seeking an Investment Analyst/Associate to support the Asset Management vertical across deal origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio management. The role offers direct exposure to live transactions and portfolio activity, working closely with the Asset & Investment Manager, and the CEO. This is a hands-on role for a sharp, self-driven individual who wants genuine responsibility from day one in a high-quality boutique environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct investment due diligence: market research, competitive analysis, sponsor review, and preliminary financial screening. • Prepare investment memos, screening notes, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. • Build and maintain financial models across real estate and alternative asset classes, potentially including DCF, returns waterfall, and scenario analyses. • Support deal execution by coordinating workstreams, maintaining data rooms, and tracking transaction timelines. • Support origination and business development by attending industry events, cultivating sector relationships, and contributing to Embassy Capital’s external profile. • Monitor portfolio investments: tracking KPIs, reviewing investee reporting, and flagging material performance variances. • Maintain internal databases, model libraries, and process documentation to support a growing investment platform.
