About the Program The International Business Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your early professional career within the industry of applied marine subsea and automation activities. The program will provide you with opportunities to learn about our business from the bridge to the boardroom and work with talented and experienced teams who deliver outstanding service to our clients across the energy and subsea industry. We aim to help you build ang establish a strong career foundation with us. Our flexible international placements will include exposure to business functions like Finance; Commercial; Supply Chain; and Marketing. Locations may include UAE France and Sweden. By the end of the 24-month program you will be able to work with your sponsors to align a career path across a range of opportunities based on your strengths and aspirations as they fit within our dynamic business requirements. We encourage candidates to bring a curious mindset and a willingness to be flexible in exploring new fields and learning about the business. Main Responsibilities • Work as Graduate Specialist in at least three of our General Administration departments: • Our Commercial teams are responsible for making sure customers understand our work and helping them find the right solution to their challenges. The graduate will be assisting in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities providing support in the development of marketing materials and p
