Influencer Marketing Manager Dubai

This is a remote position. Were seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager based in Dubai to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across platforms. This role combines strategy handson execution and creator relationship management ideal for someone fluent in digital culture resultsdriven marketing and local as well as international creator ecosystems. Key Responsibilities • Plan launch and manage influencer campaigns from outreach to postcampaign reporting • Identify onboard and maintain relationships with creators across platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube etc.) • Develop campaign briefs negotiate collaborations and ensure timely delivery of content • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement reach and ROI • Work closely with content PR and paid media teams to align on messaging and objectives • Stay current on influencer trends platform updates and emerging creators especially within the European market Requirements • 3 years of experience in influencer marketing talent management or brand partnerships • Indepth understanding of the influencer landscape and major platforms • Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills • Proven experience running campaigns endtoend with measurable impact • Based in Dubai and fluent in English • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams
