Hotel Civil Engineer

Supervise hotel construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. Inspect buildings, guest rooms, public areas, and infrastructure to identify repair and maintenance needs. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion. Prepare project estimates, budgets, and technical reports. Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor project schedules, material usage, and construction quality. Conduct routine inspections of structural elements, pavements, drainage systems, and external facilities. Resolve structural and civil engineering issues with minimal disruption to hotel operations. Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance team to improve facility performance. Maintain project documentation, drawings, and maintenance records. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
