Job Description Graduate Trainee – Operations Excellence - AMDSTC is looking for ambitious, analytical, and high-potential Graduate Trainees to join its Operations Excellence team in the UAE. This program is designed to nurture future operational leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations.Operations Process Improvement -Observe, analyze, and document operational workflows across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics functions. Evaluate material flow, resource utilization, and process efficiency. Develop process maps and identify opportunities for operational optimization. Assist in establishing and standardizing operating procedures and best practices. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) Industrial Engineering Production Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain Management Operations Management Business Administration . Experience- Fresh Graduates to 2 years of professional experience. Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, operations, or supply chain environments will be an added advantage. Technical Skills - Process Mapping and Workflow Analysis ,Data Analysis and Reporting ,Advanced MS Excel Skills ,PowerPoint and Presentation Development ,Operational Analytics .Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Practices Behavioral Competencies , Strong learning agility and curiosity ,Positive attitude with a growth mindset ,High level of energy and enthusiasm.
