Graduate Programme 2027: Software Engineer (Python)

Role Description We are seeking motivated and technically curious graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Programme as Software Engineers specializing in Python. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining reliable software applications and digital solutions using Python and modern engineering practices. The Software Engineer will collaborate with technology and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, develop clean and maintainable code, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in programming, enjoys solving complex problems, and demonstrates a genuine interest in software engineering, automation, data, and emerging technologies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python and understanding of object-oriented programming. - Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, debugging, testing, and software development principles. - Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is advantageous. - Understanding of databases, SQL, REST APIs, Git, and software development workflows. - Exposure to cloud platforms, automation, data processing, or AI/ML technologies is a plus. - Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and testable code. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn from others. - Passion for technology, continuous learning, innovation, and developing practical software solutions. -
