Graduate Mechanical EngineerRole Description We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Graduate Mechanical Engineer to support engineering, design, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves assisting with the development, testing, and optimization of mechanical systems, components, and equipment while applying engineering principles to practical challenges. You will work with engineering and cross-functional teams to review technical requirements, prepare engineering documentation, support design activities, analyze performance data, and contribute to problem-solving and process improvement projects. The role provides opportunities to develop technical knowledge while gaining exposure to engineering standards, project workflows, quality requirements, and operational processes. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in applying mechanical engineering knowledge to real-world applications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline. - Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and engineering design. - Familiarity with CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and technical drawing principles is an advantage. - Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and documentation. - Good understanding of engineering standards, safety principles, quality requirements, and continuous improvement. - Strong attention to detail and ability to organize technical information accurately. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, adaptable, curious, and willing to learn new technologies and engineering practices. - Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills. -
