About the Team & Role The Futures Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operational support for a retail broker-dealer's futures and derivatives offering. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate trade processing, settlement support, reconciliations, operational controls, vendor coordination, and scalable client-service workflows. The ideal candidate has strong retail brokerage operations experience and understands the customer lifecycle across trading, account activity, post-trade processing, exceptions, and regulatory operations. Experience supporting perpetual contracts ("perps") and/or event contracts is strongly preferred.
