About the Department The Investment function plays a key role in supporting Imbono’s investment decision-making and capital allocation across its emerging-markets portfolio. Working at the intersection of corporate finance, project finance, valuation, and investment analysis, the team evaluates opportunities across energy, water, food security, and critical infrastructure. The department works closely with deal teams, operating partners, portfolio companies, and senior stakeholders to translate operational and commercial assumptions into robust financial analysis and investment recommendations. Role Summary The Financial Modeling Specialist – Valuation will support investment decision-making across Imbono’s emerging-markets project portfolio. The role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and stress-testing sophisticated financial models that underpin capital allocation decisions across large-scale energy, water, food, and infrastructure projects.
