Financial Analyst

· Develop monthly Gross Profit analysis and variance reports to support management decision-making · Conduct activity-based costing analysis across labour overheads and material costs, incorporating month-on-month planned vs actual variance evaluation. · Manage multi-region intercompany accounting across the GCC region · Deliver weekly reporting of intra-company GL activity for KSA and Qatar entities, ensuring detailed segmentation of expenses, transfers, and collections for enhanced financial visibility. · Manage shared cost allocations, including salaries and shared expenses from multiple group entities (AUH, RAK, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Maico, and India), covering complex reconciliations, agreement validation, markups, departmental allocations, and end-to-end compilation, verification of invoices, provisioning, and accurate accounting. · Analyse monthly admin costs, gross and net profit trends, and present actionable insights through finance presentations to management · Analyse key operational cost drivers including overtime, outsourcing, vehicle rentals & office expenses and provide insights to management for cost optimization. · Analyse employee and shared workforce costs across entities, including benefits calculations, and maintain entity-wise cost reports · Manage prepaid schedules, ensuring accurate expense allocation and complete supporting documentation · Closely monitor freight costs, including direct shipments, ensuring accurate provisioning and end-to-end accounting · Lead end-to-end asset lifecycle management, including asset tagging, creation, capitalization, and depreciation accounting · Lead end-to-end SAP financial processes, including forex revaluation, and strategic GL and cost centre allocation · Perform comprehensive financial reporting by generating periodic reports, including Capex reports, insurance & rent schedules, export expenses tracking, and open PO monitoring · Drive cross-functional coordination with int
