Finance Manager

We are immediately hiring a Finance Manager -Partnership Companies sits within the Investment Department and acts as the financial bridge between DLI Group's investment companies and associated partnership companies. The role is responsible for obtaining, validating, and consolidating financial statements from partner entities, monitoring their compliance with DLI's governance and reporting standards, and translating that information into clear, decision-ready reporting for the Sector Deputy CEO and GM – Investment. Manage periodic financial data collection, validation, and compliance across partnership companies. Ensure IFRS/GAAP adherence and alignment with DLI governance standards. Review financials, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies with partner finance teams. Assess internal controls and escalate gaps to Sector Deputy CEO/GM – Investment. Guide partner finance teams on reporting templates, treatments, and timelines. Coordinate internal analysts supporting partnership financial monitoring. Monitor cash flow, liquidity risks, and shareholder funding commitments. Oversee VAT/tax compliance and liaise with tax advisors. Review budgets, track variances, and recommend corrective actions. Enforce reporting SLAs and maintain strong CFO/finance manager engagement. Track audit progress, review findings, and ensure timely remediation.
