Finance Analyst

About The Company Our client is a leading real estate finance platform focused on commercial lending, particularly for small businesses and multifamily assets. The firm has over $10 billion in AUM and combines government-backed loan programs with private capital to support both stabilized and transitional properties. Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations - Participate in the monthly close process including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting packages - Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions and capital management initiatives - Conduct detailed analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement - Review and accurately capture a range of financial activities in accordance with GAAP Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance - 2-3 years of public/private accounting experience - Experience within financial services or real estate preferred - Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance - Proficient in Excel and financial modeling Salary Range $100,000-$110,000
