Ecommerce Analyst

Ecommerce Executive Location: Dubai Purpose of the Role Our client is a leading global consumer products company in the beauty and wellness space, with a strong presence across emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Ecommerce Executive to drive business objectives and deliver results in the ecommerce channel. Qualifications & Experience • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce • Hands-on experience in account/customer management • Experience working with supply chain stakeholders, both internal and external • Must have Amazon Seller experience Key Deliverables of the Role • Achieve primary target, brand, and market area-wise each month • Manage fill rate and lead time against measurable KPIs • Oversee assortment, promotion, and visibility configuration using reported metrics • Participate in demand planning and stock arrangement in liaison with the distributor • Lead the listing and launch of all new SKUs • Handle markets across the GCC, providing broad regional exposure Knowledge, Skills & Competencies • Willingness to settle in the Middle East • Strong influencing and networking skills • Entrepreneurial thinking • Business and market understanding • Execution focus • Result orientation • Analytical ability • Key account management • Ability to work in a cross-functional setup Reporting Relationships Reports to: Ecommerce Manager, Middle East Other Functional Interfaces This position will work with country-based sales partners, trade, consumers, internal support teams, and external research agencies. In the future, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to move into other international geographies or India business in a role commensurate with their experience, skill set, and available opportunity.
