About the job Digital Sales Manager We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition in Dubai. The role focuses on selling digital marketing and lead-generation solutions while leveraging in-house sales and outreach platforms to identify opportunities, drive outreach, and close deals. Key Responsibilities New Business Development • Proactively approach and acquire new clients across B2B and B2C sectors • Build, manage, and convert a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to closure • Identify companies showing active buying intent and prioritize outreach Sales Technology Utilization (Mandatory) • Actively use internal sales intelligence tools to: • Track buying intent, branded intent, and competitor signals • Identify in-market accounts and decision-makers • Support data-driven sales conversations • Use automated outreach and email intelligence tools to: • Launch and manage email outreach campaigns • Nurture leads and follow up on opportunities • Improve response rates and conversion efficiency RFP & Tender Management • Identify and monitor RFPs and tenders through portals and industry networks • Coordinate internally to prepare proposals and commercial offers • Follow up and negotiate to secure awarded contracts Client Relationship Management • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders • Act as a trusted commercial advisor throughout the sales lifecycle • Ensure smooth handover to account and delivery teams post-sale Digital Marketing & Solution Selling • Confidently sell digital marketing services (performance marketing, social media, branding, lead generation) • Translate client challenges into tailored solutions using internal tools and services • Clearly position proprietary sales and outreach platforms as value-adding solutions, not just tools Market Presence & Networking • Attend awards, ceremonies, exhibitions, and networking events • Represent t
