Job description / RoleEmployment: Full Time Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.Job Description• Develop and implement engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while building strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.• Manage a detailed content calendar, coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely, visually consistent posts.• Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content to foster a safe, engaging community.• Track performance metrics through monthly reports, gather insights from community feedback, and stay updated on social trends and platform changes to optimize engagement. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on community building.• Proficiency with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.Salary: AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
