Digital Marketing Specialist

Bisan Marketing Management is looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. What we’re looking for: - Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram - Ability to develop creative content ideas and content strategies - Ability to plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns - Ability to plan and manage Google Ads campaigns - Understanding of targeting, audience segmentation, lead generation, and retargeting - Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data - Good copywriting and caption-writing skills - Familiarity with Reels, Stories, social media trends, and engagement strategies - Ability to research competitors, audiences, and market trends - Strong communication skills and attention to detail Important: As part of the interview process, candidates will be given a practical digital marketing task during the interview and will be expected to complete it on the spot within a limited time. Candidates are required to bring their own laptop to the interview in order to complete the practical task. The task may include campaign planning, audience targeting, content ideation, competitor analysis, or solving a real digital marketing scenario. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, work with data, and turn ideas into effective campaigns.
