The Digital Marketing Manager (Remote) plays a critical role in driving the company’s online presence through strategic SEO, content strategy, social media, PPC campaigns, and email marketing. This position leads a marketing team, manages budgets, and optimizes campaigns to support both B2B and B2C objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and working alongside external agencies, the manager exercises autonomy in selecting industry-standard digital marketing tools to enhance brand development and performance metrics. Occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities - Manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic - Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals - Oversee social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness - Plan and execute PPC campaigns to maximize ROI - Lead email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and retain customers - Analyze marketing data and prepare analytics reports - Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team - Manage marketing budgets efficiently for various campaigns - Drive brand development across digital platforms - Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing - Experience with social media management and PPC advertising - Knowledge of email marketing platforms and Google Ads - Strong data analysis and project management skills - Excellent communication abilities
