As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Middle East & Africa (MEA) team, based in Dubai. The Role Based in our Dubai office, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing Farmina's global digital marketing strategy across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, ensuring the effective local implementation of campaigns, content and digital initiatives while maintaining alignment with global brand guidelines. This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing execution, Social Media & Community Management and performance marketing responsibilities. Working closely with the MEA Marketing Manager and the Global Marketing Team, you will execute digital campaigns, manage regional social media activities, coordinate localized content and support digital initiatives across different MEA markets, taking into consideration local languages, cultures and market specificities. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Execution • Adapt and execute local digital marketing initiatives aligned with Farmina's global digital marketing strategy. • Adapt global campaigns, content and marketing assets to different MEA markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance. • Coordinate the implementation of digital campaigns across multiple online channels. • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities. • Ensure all digital activities remain aligned with Farmina's global brand guidelines. Performance Marketing • Create and execute paid digital campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager, according to market relevance. • Monitor campaign performan
