Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – Flooring / Fit-Out Job Description TrueFinish Floor and Wall Tiling Works LLC is a newly established flooring and interior finishing company in Dubai. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage our online presence and generate qualified customer leads. This is not a social-media-posting-only role. The main objective is to generate real enquiries and sales opportunities through Google, Meta, website, SEO, content and other digital channels. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and local lead generation. • Manage Meta Ads across Instagram and Facebook. • Generate qualified leads for flooring installation, SPC flooring, villa and apartment renovation projects. • Manage and update the company website. • Improve SEO and Google Business Profile visibility. • Plan and publish social media content. • Create and coordinate photo/video content from completed projects and active sites. • Develop landing pages and lead-generation campaigns. • Track leads, cost per lead, conversion rate and advertising ROI. • Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities in Dubai. • Coordinate closely with the sales and operations team. • Support WhatsApp lead generation and follow-up workflows. • Prepare simple weekly/monthly marketing performance reports. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE. • Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Proven experience generating leads, not only managing social media. • Experience with website management and basic SEO. • Good understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking. • Strong English communication skills. • Ability to create or coordinate simple photo/video content. • Must be comfortable visiting project sites in Dubai when content is required.
