We’re seeking a skilled MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR with Experience in Real Estate. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and confident in building effective digital strategies that deliver results in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. • Capture professional photography and videography • Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for digital marketing campaigns. • Design creative marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics. • Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote property listings, projects, and company branding.
