Digital Marketing Assistant

Position: Social Media Marketing Assistant Location: Dubai Start Date: As soon as possible. The Role: This is a hands-on digital marketing role for someone who wants to get involved with execution across all our digital channels. You’ll manage social media posting and community engagement, work on email campaigns, and create digital assets across platforms. You’ll work closely with our broader marketing team to keep our digital presence sharp, consistent, and performing. What You’ll Do: Post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Manage community engagement — respond to comments and DMs on-brand Execute email campaigns and newsletters Design assets for social, email, and web using Figma/Adobe Creative Suite Track performance across channels and optimise based on data Non-Negotiables: Strong understanding of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok Working knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent writing skills and on-brand communication instincts Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable shooting quick iPhone content Can juggle multiple priorities and move fast Strong Preference If You… Have 1-2 years in digital marketing or similar roles Know how to use a DSLR camera Have experience with email platforms Run your own social accounts with engaged followings Have a genuine interest in wellness or lifestyle brands What Success Looks Like: Content goes out consistently, on time, and on-brand Email campaigns execute flawlessly with strong performance Design work is reliable, high-quality, and delivered quickly Community engagement is warm, responsive, and growing Events and campaigns run smoothly because of your support How to Apply: Submit your CV, which ideally links to your design or digital marketing work (portfolio, PDF).
