Working as part of a highly regarded team, you will advise an impressive portfolio of regional and international clients across a variety of sectors. This role offers exposure to high-value M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions, providing an excellent platform for career development within a collaborative and internationally connected practice. Role • Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM matters • Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation • Support transactions from initial structuring and due diligence through to completion and post-completion matters • Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse client base • Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership • Mentor and support junior members of the team • Work closely with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters Candidate Requirements • Qualified lawyer with 3–4 years’ PQE in corporate law • Strong experience advising on corporate transactions within a leading international or regional law firm • Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills • Commercially minded with strong business awareness • Proven ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is advantageous • Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading corporate practice offering high-quality work, international exposure and excellent long-term career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
