Corporate Finance & Investment Lead

We are looking to hire a Corporate Finance & Funding Lead who will be responsible for capital structure analysis, funding optimization, and financial risk management to support corporate finance strategy for our semi-government organization based in Abu Dhabi. The role is Initially offered on an annual renewable contract, with the potential for permanent employment based on business requirements and performance. We are looking for a finance professional who can support M&A due diligence through financial model validation, develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in coordination with Risk Management, and deliver Board-level presentations on capital and funding performance. The candidate should also have knowledge in automated reporting mechanisms, insurance coverage and cost benchmarking, and cross-team collaboration on capital forecasting and investment evaluations. Key responsibilities: • Conduct analysis of the organization's capital structure to assess leverage, liquidity, and cost of capital performance. • Develop financial models to optimize debt-to-equity ratios and long-term funding strategies, reducing financing costs. • Provide recommendations on refinancing opportunities and capital efficiency to improve cost of funds and financial flexibility. • Prepare analyses on interest rate exposure, debt portfolio performance, and covenant compliance. • Coordinate with the Treasury & Insurance team to align short-term liquidity management with long-term capital planning. • Evaluate the capital structure implications of new projects, subsidiary expansions, or restructuring initiatives. • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support funding strategy, capital forecasting, and project evaluation. • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses under various market conditions to enhance financial resilience and preparedness. • Evaluate key financial metrics such as Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), and Return on Invested Ca
