Role Description This full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is based in Stockholm. The CNA will provide direct resident care, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health status to nursing staff, taking vital signs, and documenting care in accordance with facility policies. The CNA will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, support residents’ social and emotional well-being, and collaborate with nurses and other care team members. The individual in this role will follow care plans, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and communicate respectfully and clearly with residents, families, and colleagues. Qualifications • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and eligibility to practice in the location of employment. • Experience providing hands-on care in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or similar senior care settings is preferred. • Knowledge of basic nursing and infection control practices, including vital signs monitoring and safe patient handling. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and multidisciplinary care teams. • Ability to follow care plans,
