Our remote clinical teams work closely with patients and physician practices to identify concerns, improve care coordination, and help patients better manage their health between office visits. We are looking for a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Lead RN supporting our RN Director, Care Coaches, patients, and assigned accounts. Job Summary The Clinical Lead RN is a hands-on clinical support position with both patient care and team leadership responsibilities. You will serve as a primary clinical resource for an assigned team of Care Coaches, which may grow to approximately 7-8 team members. When a Care Coach identifies a clinical concern, you will help assess the situation, determine the appropriate next step, and ensure the patient is directed to the appropriate level of care. You will also review and sign care plans, assist with clinical documentation and patient needs, support assigned client accounts, and work closely with our RN Director on day-to-day clinical operations. This position may also assist the RN Director with coaching, performance, or employee management matters involving assigned team members.
