Civil Engineer / Site Engineer / Supervisor – Waterproofing & Concrete Strengthening

Index Emirates Group is looking for experienced and motivated Executives, Engineers, Supervisors, and Techniciansspecializing in Waterproofing, Concrete Strengthening, Structural Repairs, and Renovation Works to join our growing team in Dubai. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Prepare project estimates and cost calculations. - Manage site execution and daily project activities. - Perform quantity surveying and measurement works. - Handle pricing, costing, and material take-offs. - Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and technicians. - Ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams. - Monitor progress and prepare project reports. Requirements - Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, waterproofing, concrete repair, or structural strengthening works. - Experience in at least one of the following: - Estimation - Site Execution - Quantity Surveying - Pricing & Costing - Site Supervision - Technical Waterproofing Works - Gulf/UAE experience is preferred. - Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and manage project responsibilities.
