About the Role We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Business Development & Marketing Intern to support our business development, marketing, and day-to-day commercial activities. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands-on experience in business development, client communication, CRM, marketing campaigns, lead management, and sales support. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and business team and will gain practical exposure to different areas of the business. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with potential clients and leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. - Manage and update leads, follow-ups, meetings, and client activities in the company CRM. - Assist in identifying and approaching potential business opportunities. - Support the team in scheduling and conducting client meetings and product demonstrations. - Assist in preparing and sending marketing campaigns through the CRM. - Support lead generation and business development activities. - Follow up with prospects after meetings, demos, or initial communication. - Maintain accurate records of leads, client discussions, meetings, and next actions. - Assist with preparing basic sales and marketing materials when required. - Coordinate with internal team members regarding client requests, pending tasks, and follow-ups. - Support ongoing marketing activities and campaigns. - Assist with market research and identifying potential clients or target industries. - Help organize meetings, presentations, client information, and business-related documents. - Provide general business, marketing, and operational support when required.
