Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirements - Gather, document and validate business requirements. - Translate business problems into clear functional and reporting requirements for product, data, and engineering teams - Support the design of CRM workflows, follow-up processes and post-sales operations end-to-end for AI initiatives - Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics and acceptance criteria for new initiatives Data & Reporting - Work with structured and unstructured real estate data - Build and maintain dashboards and reports: conduct exploratory data analysis and highlight trends and anomalies - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean and reliable data flows into reporting and analysis Process & Automation - Document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency - Support automation initiatives using workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier or custom orchestration frameworks - Ensure reporting and process changes are rolled out reliably with clear documentation, training, and monitoring in place Collaboration & Innovation - Partner with product managers, operations and CRM teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions - Stay up to date on analytics tools, industry trends and best practices - Document processes, analyses and reporting logic clearly for cross-functional teams Required Skills - Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, delivering requirements and insights in production environments - Strong foundations in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management - Experience writing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working and tools such as Confluence - Strong SQL skills: experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) - Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker - Ability to work
