As the Business Analyst, you will support program management, forecasting, reporting, and operational analytics turning complex operational data into clear across the AWS GovCloud Kubernetes environment. Position Description: The Business Analyst supports the Program Manager and Solution Train Engineer with program-level data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and operational support while assisting in development of forecasts, monthly deliverables, cost analytics and data collection requests. Minimum/General Experience: 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and program support roles Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, information technology, data analytics, or related field Essential Skills/Qualifications: - Excellent experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support program management reporting including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports - Excellent ability to support development and maintenance of program forecasts, incorporating projected growth, cloud cost projections, platform change dependencies, and tenant milestones - Excellent experience with cloud cost analysis and FinOps practices - Excellent ability to itemize AWS cloud costs by application and service, identify cost variances, and recommend cost reductions - Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) - Excellent experience in data visualization tools for program metrics and executive reporting (e.g., Power BI) - Above average experience with Jira and
