Business Analyst

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Analyst to support business growth, revenue optimization, and operational improvement across our educational institutions. Key Responsibilities - Analyze revenue, enrolment, admissions, retention, and business performance. - Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, profitability, and efficiency. - Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights. - Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, automation, and cost optimization. - Prepare business cases and support new initiatives and system improvements. - Conduct market and competitor analysis and present recommendations to management. Requirements - 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Analytics. - Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel and experience with reporting and dashboards. - Power BI, SQL, CRM/ERP experience is an advantage. - Education/EdTech or UAE experience is preferred.
