About Us AWS Legal Group is a full-service law firm based in Dubai, UAE. We're growing our legal team and looking for a talented Bilingual Legal Associate to join us. About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal Associate fluent in both Arabic and English to support our legal team across contentious and non-contentious matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a strong practice within a dynamic, fast-paced UAE law firm. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and translate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both Arabic and English • Conduct legal research and prepare memos, pleadings, and case briefs • Represent and assist in representing clients before UAE courts, tribunals, and government authorities • Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and government entities in both languages • Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality • Support senior lawyers and partners on litigation and advisory matters • Attend client meetings, hearings, and negotiations as required Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the UAE is a strong advantage • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory • 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a UAE law firm • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills • Familiarity with UAE civil, commercial, and/or labor law • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
