Backend Software Engineer (Software Solutions)

We are seeking a passionate "Backend Software Engineer" to join the core engineering team in Hong Kong and handle client projects from various industry sectors. In this role, you won't just take tickets off a board and write code. You will actively shape the architecture of their high-performance, real-time platform. Key Responsibilities: - Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, distributed backend services and APIs primarily using Go. - Drive Event-Driven Systems: Build, operate, and optimize robust streaming architectures utilizing message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) to handle massive concurrency. - Shape the Architecture: Actively contribute to system design, microservice strategies, caching, and data modeling (Relational & NoSQL). - Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex product requirements into elegant, maintainable, and cost-effective technical solutions. - Own System Health: Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents, continuously improving system reliability, monitoring, and performance. - Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to streamline delivery and maintain engineering excellence.
