About the opportunity We are looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands that good marketing is measured by qualified opportunities and commercial impact—not simply content volume or impressions. The work sits across AI solutions, software, CRM/ERP, automation, websites, digital transformation and related B2B services. We therefore value candidates who understand longer, higher-value buying journeys and can connect campaigns to pipeline quality. What you will do • Plan and execute B2B lead-generation campaigns across relevant paid and organic channels. • Develop offers, landing pages, campaign messaging and conversion journeys. • Manage paid campaigns and continuously improve targeting, lead quality and efficiency. • Support SEO, content, email/lifecycle marketing and retargeting where relevant. • Track performance from lead generation through opportunity quality whenever data allows. • Work closely with sales to improve targeting, messaging and lead conversion. • Test industries, creative angles, audiences and acquisition channels. • Produce useful reporting and recommendations rather than vanity-metric summaries. • Contribute to marketing for AI, software, automation, business systems and digital services. What we are looking for • 3+ years of professional digital-marketing/growth experience. • Strong lead-generation experience, preferably B2B. • Relevant background in SaaS, software, AI, IT, digital agencies, CRM/ERP or technology/services is strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience with paid media, landing pages, analytics and conversion optimisation. • Ability to demonstrate campaigns and results you personally influenced. • Strong copy judgement, commercial thinking and analytical ability. • Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office.
