Associate Dispute Resolution, Dubai

Join a busy Dispute Resolution team in Dubai handling high-value cross-border litigation, international arbitration, enforcement and digitally connected disputes across the UAE and wider GCC. This role offers the chance to develop within a market-leading international disputes practice, working on strategically significant and multi-jurisdictional matters for corporates, family offices, financial institutions and sovereign-linked entities. The successful candidate will manage case work, support hearings and arbitrations, run due diligence and project-manage complex matters while contributing to team business development. • Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE in dispute resolution. • Strong experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration; cross-border matters preferred. • Training at a leading international law firm or equivalent experience. • Proven project-management skills, ability to run due diligence and manage competing priorities. • Excellent written and interpersonal skills; client-focused with strong attention to detail. • Resilient, adaptable, proactive and able to work independently and in teams; interest in business development.
