Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business. We’re looking for an Associate Data Analyst (DA) who enjoys collaborating with clients and wants to help deliver enhanced data analysis and reporting experience. The DA will collaborate closely with our clients to first define what their specific needs are and then to help build those custom data analytics and reporting solutions using our toolset. You’ll be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure data integrity is continuously maintained and resolving discrepancies as they arise. As a demonstrated self-starter, you’ll own business processes end-to-end and will lead the identification and implementation of best practices. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand and document data requirements for analysis and reporting. - Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the best practices for data management. - Work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis. - Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data set to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and relationships, and interpret the data. - Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making. - Collaborate with the data governance team and stakeholders to maintain data accuracy throughout ingestion and transformation. - Partner with the development team to gather and translate requirements and conduct QA on the final product. - Participate in regular agile meet
