Assistant Business Analyst (Data Analyst)

Your role • Focusing on sales performance tracking and process streamlining in sales commission payment administration • Manipulate data and prepare sales performance and commission analysis for management review • Handle & maintain up-to-date system parameters for sales performance counting & commission calculation • Handle staff enquiries about sales performance & commission • Assist in developing the internal process, streamline the process by automation and system enhancement • Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate on-going process improvement in particular for performance tracking and commission administration To succeed this role • Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Business Administration / Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines • At least 1 year' experiences in data analysis • Excellent knowledge in end-user computing skills, such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, Power Automate, Visualization tools etc. • Proven ability in data manipulation and detail oriented • Proficient in MS office applications (e.g. Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), • Mature, sensible, self-motivated and able to work independently • A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels • Fresh graduates with good knowledge in SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc., will be considered too
