Assistant Building Services Engineer (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Key ResponsibilitiesDirect preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and A&A works for building fabrics, plumbing, drainage, and MEP systems.Lead feasibility studies, tendering, quotation preparation, budgeting, and cost control for maintenance plans.Execute fault investigations, supervise minor projects, compile maintenance reports, and coordinate 24/7 emergency call-out responses.Supervise in-house technical staff and manage vendor performance in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.Serve as the main liaison for internal end-users and attend emergency call-out services as required.Working ScheduleMonday-Friday: 0900 am - 1830 pmLocationLai Chi KokRequirementsHigher Diploma/ Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.3+ years of in operation & maintenance experience in facilities management or property management.Proven ability to independently troubleshoot MEP systems, manage A&A works, and ensure compliance with local ordinances, COPs, and standards.Grade A (or above) Registered Electrical Worker (REW) certificate is a distinct advantage.Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong capability in drafting clear incident reports.Skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
