There will be frequent interaction with senior team members and ample opportunity for career growth and development.In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Market and financial analysis including market trends, comparable transactions, and trading/technical trends. Preparation and assembly of client presentations. Assistance with the execution of new issue transactions including the development of sales memos, liaising/presenting to internal committees and working with external transaction partners (i.e. other banks, legal counsel, accountants).
