Accountant Cum Audit Assistant

ACCOUNTANT CUM AUDIT ASSISTANT Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Audit Accounting Tax We are looking for a motivated Accountant cum Audit Assistant to join our growing professional team in Dubai. REQUIREMENTS - 2–3 years of UAE experience in an Audit, Accounting or Tax firm. - CA Inter candidates with relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply. - Experience in handling multiple client accounts independently. - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting and bank reconciliations. - Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is mandatory. - Experience in audit working papers, audit schedules and supporting documentation is an advantage. - Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting software. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, reconciliations and accounting schedules. - Strong analytical, communication and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS - Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal. - Hindi communication skills – verbal. - Malayalam- verbal - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle bookkeeping and accounting for multiple clients. - Prepare bank reconciliations, accounting schedules and financial reports. - Assist in audit assignments and preparation of audit working papers. - Assist with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance. - Coordinate with clients for accounting records and supporting documents. - Maintain accurate accounting records using relevant accounting software. - Support senior team members in accounting, audit and tax assignments.
