Equities Sales & Trading Our Equities department is a significant provider of liquidity, execution and underwriting expertise. Graduate Analysts will have the opportunity to collaborate across different divisions of our Sales & Trading platform – including Research Sales, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Electronic Trading and Desk Strategy. Candidates who would like to apply to our Graduate Analyst Program should have graduated between October 2025 - July 2026 . Key Responsibilities Analyst responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Monitor market conditions, analyze market developments, and contribute to trade ideas, market commentary, and execution decisions. • Support trading and sales teams in managing client flow, trade execution, and day-to-day desk activities. • Manage pre-trade and post-trade processes, including trade booking, reconciliation, and issue resolution in coordination with relevant control and operations teams. • Build, maintain, and enhance tools used to monitor client portfolios, trading activity, risk metrics, and market performance. • Use programming and analytical skills (e.g., Excel VBA, Python) to automate workflows, improve operational ef
